Intermittent hot water. Excellent location, will return.

The hotel was in a great location, central to all of Rome's attractions. It was easy walking distance to most attractions and close to great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing pointers on the city map. The room was clean and the breakfast provided a good variety of options.

The noise from the outside traffic made it difficult to sleep with the window open.

You can easily walk to all the major sites and have a great time exploring the city. the hotel offers a very nice roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy some quiet moments after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff at reception are also very friendly and helpful.

Some rooms might need a bit of updating, as guests have mentioned that the furnishings and interiors feel a bit tired and outdated.

The location of the hotel was amazing! It was so convenient to walk to all the major landmarks in the city. The Colosseum was just a short walk away, and we could easily reach the Pantheon and Piazza Venezia in no time. Plus, there were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby serving authentic Italian food. Another great aspect was the helpful and friendly staff. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. And let's not forget the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious options to start our day.

We had an amazing stay at this venue. The location was fantastic - we were close to all the major attractions and there were buses leaving from the Piazza itself to everywhere in the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they showed us where all the main sightseeing places were. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace. The in-room amenities such as air conditioning and mini-bar were a bonus, and the housekeeping service was excellent.
